24/7/365 manned operation and full-scope maintenance of power plants, with every asset documented.
When the plant has to run, we run it. VA-Energy provides continuous manned operation and supervision of power stations, with planned, preventive and emergency maintenance carried out by permanent site teams against manufacturer service intervals.
Every generating set carries its own maintenance history and digital job cards on VA-Energy's own platform, built and maintained in-house, with remote monitoring and 24-hour trend data for fault-finding. Where work requires energy isolation, a Take 5 or other safety control, the permit and the method statement are generated from the job card itself (see Digital operations and asset management).
Complete engine overhauls, in-situ crankshaft grinding, undersize bearing fitment and surface welding repairs are performed at site, so major work does not mean shipping an engine out of the country.
